Return & Exchange

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the day you receive your items.

Items must be returned to us in the same condition, unused and unwashed.
Once we have received the returned item(s), we will inspect them (at our earliest convenience) before any refunds are processed.

So, what do I need to do?
If you want to return any items, you must first contact us through our contact page (or human@moefreak.com) to inform us about your plans to return items.

Write which order number(s) the item(s) belong to and which item(s) you want to return.

Your request must fulfill all requirements as outlined on this page to be eligible.

 

Non-eligible returns

Some items are not eligible for a return or exchange due to hygienic reasons.
This includes beanies, hats, masks, and bandanas.

All items on sale are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Again, contact us first via the contact page at www.moefreak.com (or human@moefreak.com) for the best/fastest return address to use.

If the sales value of the items you bought exceeds $45, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it’s sent without tracking.
