How to measure?

Easy peasy lemon squeezy:

1. Find a tee or hoodie that fits you well and is regular US/EUR size.
2. Measure it with a ruler or measuring tape (or anything else you know the exact length of. As long as it's not too long, like a broomstick for example. Or a car. Or alive and kicking - like a cat. Or a cinnamon bun. Still reading this ... ?)
3. Compare with the sizes above.

Pro tip:
If you like your hoodies/tees extra roomy/baggy, go for a size above your regular shirt size. Wow! Sugoi sugoi!  

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping Prices

We want to get you the most affordable shipping prices as well as the best options available, in case you want things a little faster.

Our shipping prices are automatically updated based on where you live and what type(s) and number of items you order. However, they will typically start at around $6 to $10 for one t-shirt, depending on location. Orders that contain different types of items or many items may have to be split up into two or more shipments and will therefore cost more to ship.

Delivery Times

The approximate delivery times are after fulfillment. It can take from 1 to 10 business days to prepare and fulfill your order. Pre-orders may take 2-6 weeks, depending on the actual campaign. Please allow 2-3 weeks extra on top of the regular fulfillment time for orders containing backorders.

Typical delivery times for shipping with tracking:

• Norway: 1-3 business days after fulfillment
• USA: 10-20 business days after fulfillment
• EU: 5-15 business days after fulfillment
• Canada: 10-20 business days after fulfillment
• Australia: 10-20 business days after fulfillment
• International: 10-40 business days after fulfillment depending on your location

All orders ship from Norway and all orders to (within) Norway are subject to standard 25% sales tax (moms).

Some combinations or quantities of products may be shipped in multiple packages to ensure the lowest possible total shipping price and for practical reasons, such as to better serve you in case one or more items in your order is on backorder or in case of force majeure.

Note that total shipping time may be slightly longer during holidays or if stock runs out. We will contact you if there are any extraordinary issues with your order.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe for your country/region, after you received a shipment confirmation.

Customs Fees & Taxes

Depending on where you live, goods may be held in customs for processing.

We can not do anything to help speed up or bypass customs. If the address you specified when ordering was incorrect, additional delays may happen in customs or with your local carrier.

Any possible import fees, duties, taxes is your responsibility.

If an order is undelivered due to the goods not getting picked up in time or unpaid taxes, we cannot offer a refund.

Exceptions

Although we may state that we ship "worldwide" or even to your specific country on our website, we may at any point choose to cancel any orders from/to countries that fall under embargo, are on the current OFAC list, or that we can't ship to for any other reason, or solely at our discretion. We would love to ship to everyone who loves our products, but what can you do about politics? Thanks for understanding.

Washing Instructions

You may wash our t-shirts together with your other clothes as per usual, but please be aware that if you use high temperature settings during washing and drying, it can make the print fade or crack, and in some cases shrink.

To preserve the quality of your Moe Freak tees as well as possible, we recommend following these instructions:

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.

If you experience unusually bad fading or cracking of the design after just one wash, please contact us and include a photo of the shirt so we can have a look. If possible, please include what temperature settings you used when washing and drying it as well as your name/order number.
